I am not receiving Phone Calls in BOLIVIA ( +591 )

Hello there, I am not receiving phone calls in Bolivia ( +591 ) , I have tested with 3 different Phone numbers:

  • I have full service-coverage
  • SMS is arriving
  • PD Notification (with internet) is working
  • I have enabled the ‘Automatic Contact Card Management’
  • Skype International Phone calls are working

I have tested in:

  • Profile Test Phone link
  • Real Incident
